Our snow management staff is on call 24/7 to serve you on all of your snow and ice management needs — from de-icing and salting to sidewalk shoveling and snow blowing.

Service Process
At Sunshine Landscaping Co, Inc., most of our snow and ice management services take fewer than 30 minutes on your property with two crew members. All of our crews wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Safety always comes first.
After our crews have been on-site, you should have clear asphalt and no ice. We strive to ensure all surfaces are safe, so that you can get into your home or building or to your car, without worry.
Please note that these services do not include thaw or re-freeze. This will be further outlined on our service agreement.

Once you approve the quote, we sign a service agreement and start your service within 24-48 hours.
Pricing Details
Our pricing is customized based on the specific needs of each commercial property. Factors such as property size, service frequency, and additional requirements all play a role in determining the cost.

Residential Properties:
We offer snowplowing services exclusively to our comprehensive landscaping customers with an annual spend of over $5,000.00.
Please note that we are not currently accepting new residential shoveling customers.
We offer pre-payments by cheque, or require a card on file.
